The Red Zone
Welcome to Red Zone Gaming! The Red Zone is set up to be more like a gaming magazine than a website, and these forums are designed to give feedback on articles and media as well as provide a community for gamers to interact.
If You Join and Don't Hear From Us... Spammers are running amuck and looking for forums to do their amucking in, so if you register and don't hear back from us you may have been picked off by the spam filter, email us at redzonegaming@gmail.com and we'll help you fix this.
Wide Open for User Interaction Anyone can submit an article in the Forums, and those that stand out above the rest will find a place here on the Home Page, or even on the Red Zone Gaming Media Pages.
Have an Idea for New Content? Feel Free to Suggest it! Red Zone Gaming is open to any gaming system that you are willing to provide a little effort toward, if you're a fan of "Insert Game Name Here" and you're willing to write about it and moderate a board on that subject you could see it here soon. Contact an admin via PM to get the ball rolling. A Lot to See & Do We've tried as much as possible to keep things simple, you'll notice that the boards are grouped as much as possible by subject, this is our way to try and avoid making you search all over for things. If you think you see a category or board added, or you have an idea to make things simpler then by all means let us know, you can drop a note in tech support or PM an admin, Kasandra or Tim.
Privacy is a Concern The email addresses of the members are concealed to prevent link farmers from collecting emails for spamming, you can click the email link and it will send an email but it will be done through the site itself.
But... do these people know gaming? Tim started role playing in 1978 with the venerable Dungeons & Dragons, you will notice that is the same years that 'First Edition' AD&D was released. They played cobbled together systems with the more basic version, which itself was a cobbled together version of from Tunnels & Trolls and miniature wargaming. Since that first game he's played, DM'ed and GM'ed in over thirty different systems and invented a few of his own and is the Guild Master for the Fantasy Artists, Role-Playing and Writing Guild (FARPWG).
Kasandra cut her role-playing teeth at 5 years old and has played several tabletop games as well as Magic: The Gathering and a multitude of forum-based role-play and is a beta tester for HackMaster, but she wont talk about that, so don't even ask its secret-crypto-kill-you-if-she-tells-you-sort-of-stuff.
And then is the experience of the membership added to this wealth of knowledge!
Featured Content Directly below you will find featured articles written by the Red Zone Membership, the Red Zone is an interactive site, the readers are the writers, and while this is true in most sites we openly acknowledge and embrace that fact, we know you're not here to be entertained, you're here to teach and learn and share your joy of gaming.
Hehehe Ain't it the truth

Part of our Fandemonium table is a slideshow of pictures we've taken at the Con, but since that Friday will open the con with no current pictures I've built a video that we'll show until we've built up a stockpile of pictures. This version is so-so on the quality but there's only so much that you can do with YouTube, and especially FaceBook quality. The thing is already the same rough size on the disk as a full movie at full quality so there's no way on Earth I'll be loading it up as a podcast ...
